Congratulations to Lee Weaver, who was awarded the quarterly You’re Pharm-tastic award for December 2023 for exemplary performance in the areas of service, relationships, decision-making, and problem solving.
Lee “works tirelesslyto ensure classroom meetings are set up with the room’s AV equipment,demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the College and its community” notedone faculty member. Lee has been aninstrumental team member since joining UTHSC in 2018 and has a remarkabletalent for understanding complex technical problems and finding quick andeffective solutions.
The You’re Pharm-tastic award was launched in January 2022to recognize staff accomplishments that surpass expectations, promote anenvironment of teamwork, and encourage access and opportunity within theCollege.
